Yeti Airlines’ Jetstream-41 suffers hydraulic problem at Pokhara Airport

Yeti airlines’ Jetstream-41 with registration ‘9N-AHU’ met an incident while taxiing at Pokhara airport due to failure in hydraulic system.

The aircraft went off the taxiway in Pokhara airport on Sunday afternoon at around 2:45 pm.

The incident happened after the aircraft suffered hydraulic problem while taxiing. There were 30 passengers and three crews on board who are safe.

Kashinath Poudel, spokesperson of Pokhara Airport, said, ‘There is no damage or severe consequences and also no any interruption in the airport operation because of the incident.”

Yeti Airlines’ technical team has already reached the airport to conduct the maintenance of the aircraft. The airlines spokesperson said that the aircraft could return Kathmandu after the maintenance.
