Wizz Air to start flying from Gautam Buddha International Airport

Wizz Air is set to start flying from Gautam Buddha International Airport (GBIA) in the next two weeks. Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal reports that the airlines has fulfilled all preparations for the flight.

Wizz Air will bring the number of foreign airlines operating from GBIA to two. Previously, Jazeera Airways began service between Bhairahawa and Kuwait. According to sources, Wizz Air,will begin service at this airport on October 30 from Abu Dhabi.

Abu Dhabi to Malé

Wizz Air just started flying from Abu Dhabi to Malé, Maldives. This is the airline’s first destination in South Asia. Malé opens not long after Wizz Air’s first flight to Saudi Arabia. This clearly shows – as if it were needed – that the airline is expanding beyond its main markets in Central and Eastern Europe. Th
