Wataniya Airways, privately owned airlines of Kuwait announced the beginning of its flight operations 13 Dec 2017 onwards at Tribhuvan International Airport. With the beginning of this service, Wataniya becomes the first airlines to provide direct service from Kuwait to Nepal. This service has been started firstly looking forward to connect Kuwaiti people to Nepal for tourism and secondly provide hassle free service to Nepali workers traveling Kuwait at low affordable fares. The airline keeps its starting fare 23,000 NPR for Kuwait, with daily flights to the destination.
Wataniya Airways with its two A-320 aircrafts currently flies to 11 destinations across the world with a very good connection from Kathmandu to Doha/Bahrain/Baku and many more.
