Turkish Flight 1019 runs out of runway.
May 3, 2016 – Yesterday evening Turkish Airlines Flight 1019, Boeing 737 missed the runway central line and skids off while landing at Pristina International Airport in the capital of Kosovo. And according to officials, no injuries were reported.
Flight 1019 was carrying 143 passengers along with 8 crew members onboard. All the crews and the passengers were evacuated by emergency personnel once they landed after rough skid on grass field.
The incident likely to be occurred due to low visibility caused by the bad weather, which distracted crew members to make a falls landing as per the preliminary information.
The aircraft has been grounded and no further information was released.
