Today, the nation’s only one international airport, Tribhuvan International Airport, runway needs to be repaired and inspected for which international flights to and from TIA has been cancelled.
As the runway needs to be repaired and maintained , the runway has been closed for international flights , whereas the domestic flight is not affected. It has been reported that runway remained closed from 7 am – 10 am.
As per the director general of Airport, after 10 am all the international flight will get resumed.
