Sita Air Sold To Agrawal Group For Nrs. 55 Crore

One of the renowned fixedwing airlines in the STOL domestic Flight Sector of Nepal; Sita Air has been sold to Biratnagar party for Nrs.55 crore.

According to the information extracted by the AviationNepal reporters, a group of five members (residents of Biratnagar) have bought Sita Air. The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Sita Air is expected to be Mr.Ghanshyam Acharya.

Currently, Sita Air has two Do-228’s aircraft under it’s fleet and has been conducting flights to nine remote and STOL destinations of Nepal.
