Single engine aircraft falls hard on ground, nobody onboard dead

A single engine aircraft falls hard on the ground while being airborne in the Victoria state located in the south east of Australia. The pilot and a passenger present in the aircraft faced the accident but were able to run safely from the burning aircraft.
The engine of the aircraft failed while flying which led the aircraft to fall down and hit the ground.
The respective pilot and passenger were John Sporken and Andrew Hering. No other passengers were present in the aircraft.
The pilot and the passenger responded that they lived through a thin line though the aircraft incinerated.
