Shree Airlines initiated Proving Flight (Test Flight) today at 11:33 A.M after Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal (CAAN) granted the permission for proving flight.
Mr. Anil Manandhar, Corporate Manager for Shree Airlines noted Aviation Nepal that proving flight would be conducted today at around 11:30 AM by its CRJ-200 aircraft acquiring registration ‘9N-AMA’. Officials from CAAN, Pilots and other engineering team are presented in the Proving flight.
Proving Flight is set to conduct on Kathmandu-Bhadrapur route and the alternate airport is set as Biratnagar Airport.
Through Shree had already grasped Nepalese Registration from CAAN on Late August this year but had failed to obtain AOC. The registration for two 50 seated Bombardier CRJ-200 aircraft is ‘9N-AMC’ and ‘9N-AMA’ and for CRJ-700 ‘9N-AMB’
After Saurya Airlines, Shree becomes the second Nepali carrier to fly Bombardier aircraft. Shree plans to conduct mountain flights and domestic flights to Bhadrapur, Biratnagar, Bhairahawa, Nepalgunj and Dhangadi with its arrived Bombardier jets.
