Shree Airlines, after recently conducting scheduled flights to Janakpur from Kathmandu is going to add Pokhara as its another destination. The carrier has successfully completed test flight to Pokhara, the most popular tourist destination in Nepal with its Canadian made 80 seated, Q 400 ‘Dash 8’ aircraft.
Pokhara will be 9th destination for the carrier. Its has been conducting flights to Bhairawa, Nepalgunj, Dhangadhi, Bhadrapur, Biratnagar, Rajbiraj and also Janakpur very recently from Kathmandu presently with its fleet of four CRJ series and two Q400 turboprop aircraft. The carrier is committed to provide services in airports with shorter runway with its Dash 8 aircraft. And the airports with longer runways will be provided service continuously with its CRJ series aircraft.
The carrier is preparing to extend its services to Simara as well as per the officials. The carrier is long known in the rotary service in the country and started providing flight services through fixed wing aircraft only 3 years ago. The fixed wing of Shree Airlines is built up with fleet of two CRJ 200, two CRJ 700 and two Dash 8 aircraft with total fleet count of 6.
