Saurya Airlines, after a long gap are now in final step to operate soon. Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the airline and new stakeholders had been signed on August 3rd in aim of running the company with new management team. Process of changing the management of the airlines is also going on. In the meantime, the airline is striving to operate with the existing management team until the new team overtakes.
As per the official of the airline, all the financial issues of the company have been sorted out and are slowly clearing all the debt. The airline has also completed the audit report as per CAAN and is now waiting final report from CAAN to operate the flight. The official also stated that technical team is also updated for regular maintenance of the aircraft.
Previously, the airlines flight had been frequently obstructed due to technical problem and to minimize such problem technical teams was updated. If the CAAN gives green signal to operate, the airline will operate to existing destinations with its CRJ200 ‘9N-AME’ within coming week. Another aircraft ‘9N-ALE’ which have been grounded will also operate then after, after necessary maintenance.
The CRJ-200 ‘9N-ALE’ of the airline has been grounded for long time due to technical problem. Upon questioning about procuring new aircraft, the official stated that the process for acquiring new aircraft is also due and the process will be made after successful re-operation of current fleet.
