The Public Accounting Committee of the Parliament has directed the Public officers to use only the Nepal Airlines Corporation air service whenever they are travelling through.
The instructions for the public servants were announced on the meeting held on the Wednesday. Earlier, the Civil Aviation Minister Jitendra Narayan Dev told that the committee would be happy to give such instructions.
Currently, NAC operates 5 different types of aircraft. Among them, two are Airbus A320’s; two are Boeing 757’s for international routes and three DHC-6 Twin Otter, two Xian MA-60 and two Harbin Y-12e for domestic routes.
