Parking fees and various tax waived for airlines

The Government of Nepal has announced to waived various taxes to airlines operating inside Nepal. The airlines whose aircraft are grounded due to lockdown of country because of COVID-19 will now be provided a discount on parking fees as a consideration.
Apart from this, Yuvaraj Khatiwada, Finance Minister of Nepal informed that license renewal and tax on aviation fuel have also been waived on Budget Release Speech today.
This is expected to provide some relief to the airline operators of the country that have been hardly impacted because of their grounded fleets right after the lockdown till today.
