New destinations and Colombo flight offer on the way from Himalaya Airlines

The only private jet aircraft carrier of Nepal for International flights established with a joint collaboration of Nepalese and Tibetan investment, Himalaya Airlines is in final preparations of adding two exclusive international destinations to Saudi Arabia and Myanmar direct flights from Kathmandu. The airline is going to make a press release today for announcing offers in its Colombo flight.
Mrs. Salina Nakarmi, Assistant Manager, Brand and Service Improvement department of Himalaya Airlines confirmed that the addition of two new international destinations to Yangon of Myanmar and Dammam of Saudi Arabia will be accomplished by the end of this year. The next Airbus 320 aircraft of same series will also be probably added within this year Mrs. Nakarmi added.
For the addition of new fleet a batch of crew members i.e. pilots and engineers are already undergoing classes and trainings according to the source. The addition of two international destinations will help to strengthen the relationship between Nepal and the fellow countries as more than 1 million Nepalese are residing in Myanmar and Saudi Arabia altogether for different purposes. The direct flight connection will also aid the promotion of tourism industry of Nepal.
The press release scheduled today will be in regard of announcement of new exciting offers for Colombo flight. The airline has been serving two international destinations Colombo and Doha as its scheduled flight service at present with its single Airbus 320 aircraft. It conducts three flights a week for Kathmandu-Colombo-Kathmandu and daily direct flight to Kathmandu-Doha-Kathmandu.
The new aircraft to be added in the nearest future for Himalaya Airlines further travel to cities in China like Chengdu, Lhasa and Beijing.
