Nepalese Pilot Saumitra Saved The Life of 141 Passengers

Yesterday, Airbus 321 of Vietnam Airlines with pilot in command Nepalese Capt. Saumitra Sarkar and First officer HongHai with 141 passengers on board  was flying from Noibai airport of Vietnam to Taipei airport had faced the scarce of hydraulic pressure of aircraft. Fortunately, pilots took immediate decision to conduct emergency landing.

It has been reported that plane had conducted safe landing without any injury. Plane had flown from Noibai airport at around 6:15pm to its destination. After the flight of 1 hour, they faced the emergency while cruising at an altitude of 29,000ft. Sarkar has been appreciated by every Vietnamese and director of Vietnam Airlines had responded to Sarkar’s contribution as “the act was a good decision”
