Nepal Airlines expecting to initiate online ticketing system from June

Nepal Airlines Corporation (NAC) has been working to introduce online ticketing system from past two months. Absence of such system has affected the smooth sales of flag carrier so, NAC has expected to launch the system by June, 2017.

Besides NAC, entire private airlines are operating their online ticketing service in Nepal. The corporation had selected two companies from India and Thailand for delivering online ticketing software.

MD of NAC said that the e-ticketing will result increase in the sales of NAC’s domestic and international flights.

NAC has flown highest number of passengers and conducted highest number of flights in 2016 so, the online ticketing system is a vital requirement for NAC to maintain reliability and efficiency.
