Nepal Airlines Corporation (NAC) Airbus A320 ‘9N-AKW’ is back to operation after being grounded due to engine problem at Doha Hamad International Airport, Qatar.
The aircraft with flight number ‘RA240’ is currently flying from Doha to Kathmandu with passengers.
As per the information from officials, the aircraft was inspected by the team from manufacturing company and necessary maintenance was carried out.
Flight schedule of the corporation was hampered for certain period due to technical problem of ‘9N-AKW’.
Now, there are 4 aircraft in operation for international flight operation including 1 A330, 2 A320s and a Boeing 757. Soon, the second A330 will be joining the list as it has already received Air Operator’s Certificate from Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal (CAAN).
