Nepal Airlines 9N-AKW landed TIA, Yesterday

The grounded Nepal Airlines A320 “Sagarmatha”, which was under maintenance at Air India hangar, in Delhi airport since last six days finally has landed TIA, Nepal Yesterday at 7:30 PM NST.
According to a NAC personnel, the crippled aircraft fortunately demanded only the replacement of wheel and brake unit instead of the replacement of complete landing gear assembly, neither flaps system that was suspected to need an entire replacement successfully revive to the normal operation by the maintenance exercise on it that apparently cut down the huge revenue loss to the Corporation.
The Air India technical team successfully accomplished the maintenance of Nepal Airlines 9N-AKW at their facility after the delivery of wheel and brake unit spare from NAC.
Perhaps, it is no use to cry over spilled milk for NAC, rather to accelerate expedite to recover the loss as the nation’s one of the biggest festival is just around a corner, respectively a lots of Nepalese preparing to land Nepal to celebrate the festival, and would love get airlifted by their own flag carrier despite of any criticism it receives. Therefore, NAC should rectify its loopholes for an efficient operation not only for this festival season but for the long run.
