The national flag carrier Nepal Airlines Corporation (NAC) has invited Sealed Quotations from all the interested Commercial Ground Handling Service Provider (Authorized by the concerned Airport Authority/Local Civil Aviation Authority) for providing Ground Handling at Incheon International Airport, Incheon, South Korea (ICN).
According to the notice published by NAC on Feburary 23, all the sealed quotations must be submitted to Office of the Director Ground Support Department, of NAC at Tribhuvan International Airport Kathmandu, Nepal or before 9th March 2018, 1600 hrs local time (KTM). The representatives from the bidders will be providing to participate in the opening of Sealed Quotations.
The bidders must use the Standard Ground Handling Agreement (SGHA) as per IATA SGHA of January 2013 and are advised to quote their rates in United States Dollar (USD) only. The each page of the document must be duly signed by the authorized personnel along with the company stamp. Proposed Flight Schedule as of now for NAC is RA-421/422 as per Approved Slot. It plans to operate three flights per week with its A330-200 (RR 700), B757-200 (RB 211) and A320-200 (V2500) aircraft.
