The national flag carrier Nepal Airlines Corporation (NAC), Operation Department has invited sealed proposals for the first time on June 05 from all aviation training institute which can provide Full Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL) Course and ATPL Theory Course.
According to the Notice issued by the carrier, the training must be provided as accordance to the CAA Nepal regulations. The sealed quotation must include the Full ATPL training program and ATPL theory program cost separately per’ trainee with the rates quoted in US Dollar ($). The Quotation must be submitted to NAC at or before 17:00 Local time 20 June, 2018. NAC will notify the awarded party on or before 5July 20l8.
The flag carrier is operating domestic and international flights with its 11 aircraft. 2 Twin-Otter (DHC-6), 2 MA 60 and 4 Y12e operates for domestic sector whereas 1 Boeing 757 and 2 Airbus A320s operate international flights to 7 destinations around the world. The national flag carrier has already received two Chinese made additional Harbin Y-12e series aircraft and is awaiting for its first every two wide body aircraft A330s which is anticipated to land Nepal by June 28, this year.
