NAC Request for Proposal (RFP) for its DDA

National Flag Carrier Nepal Airlines Corporation has invited proposal from interested candidate to conduct Due Diligence Audit (DDA) of the corporation.

The corporation has invited sealed proposals from interested, competent and eligible consultants and requested to submit the documents before 12:00 hrs on 9th April 2019. The opening of RFP documents will be opened physically from 14:00 hrs on the final date of submission.

However, if the last date of submission and opening falls on government holiday, following day would be considered the final day.

The consultancy service that the consultant provides must be result oriented with Terms of Reference (TOR) and assist NAC to assess value of the corporation.

Consultant will be selected under Quality-cost Based selection (QCBS) and other procedure as described in RFP.
NAC reserves the right to reject any documents at any stage before executing without assigning any reason.

Consultant objective is to conduct a detailed and comprehensive examination of NAC financial and other related information with a view to assessing the condition and determine the potential and business and various risk associated. They also have to carry out the market valuation of assets and liabilities with appropriate methodologies for propose of capital restructuring.

Eligibility criteria of consultant includes being Chartered Accountant firm registered in Nepal having minimum of 5 years of experience in field of DDA/ Auditing/ Accounting/ consulting service and should have completed at least 3 DDA of public limited company having turnover not less than NPR 4 billion and completed at least 2 financial DDA of public limited company having turnover not less than NPR 4 billion.
