NAC published final result for the post of Captain and Sr. Co-pilot
April 30, 2017
NAC (Nepal Airlines Corporation) had announced a vacancy for 20 pilots to boost its domestic flight operations two months ago out of which 11 candidates were qualified for the medical assessment. Among them, nine pilots passed the medical examination.
NAC published final result of open competition for the post of Captain and Sr. Co-pilot on 26 April 2017. Only a captain and seven co-pilots successfully passed all the examinations (Aptitude, Medical and Interview test) and are now ready for joining the national flag carrier.
The selected pilots will be designated to fly Twin-Otter DHC-6, Harbin Y-12e and Modern Arc MA-60.
NAC is pretty sure the addition of new pilots will enhance domestic flight operations and also increase passenger’s belief on their service. There are two Twin Otter, Y-12e and MA-60 each for the corporation but the lack of pilots has interrupted NAC’s domestic flight operation.
