Malaysia Airlines restructuring by recruiting 3000 fresh faces
An advertisement is placed by the official website Malaysia Airlines. The advertisement is placed on the recruitment page of the site and reads “We are looking for dynamic and highly motivated individuals to contribute to the growth of our airlines”. But according to the recent report the official authorities confirms that no recruitment process is proceeding at the moment.
The workforce of fresh faces along with the airlines new company will handle the future business and operations. The airlines will hand pick the specialists in different critical areas and top management team by September 1 to run the airlines smoothly.
The downfall of the MA is trigged by two major aviation disaster swallowing the future of its 6000employees.This termination act has also angered other staff members of the union.Under the leadership of Christoph Mueller and the airlines owner Khazanah Nasional Berhad, they hope to recovery by 2017. A calculated investment up to 6 billion Malaysian Ringget is required to restructuring Malaysia Airlines.
