Madan Kharel, chairman of Nepal Airlines has resigned from the post

Madan Kharel, chairman of Nepal Airlines Corporation, has resigned from the post before completing his tenure. He has submitted his resignation to Tourism Minister Yogesh Bhattarai on Sunday morning.

At the time of appointment, Kharel was given the responsibility of operating the full capacity of all Nepal Airlines Aircraft, including the two wide body. But even after not working effectively for a year, Minister for Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation Yogesh Bhattarai said that he should quit his job if he is unable to work in accordance with the government’s goal.
