Domestic airlines lower their air fare

Domestic airline companies reduced their air travel fees after the cost of air fuel declined. The new fare charge will be implemented from this Friday.

Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC) reduced the air fuel price on Sunday by Rs.15 per liter for all domestic flights. After the price went down, the domestic fuel price is currently holding at one hundred and eighteen rupees. Airline Operators Association decided to reduce the air travel rate in a meeting held on Tuesday.

The government has already decided to alter the ticket rates if the price of the air fuel altered by plus or minus 4 rupees. After this decision, every passenger travelling to the closest destination, Simara, will save seventy rupees and the passengers travelling to remote destination such as Dhangadi, will save about five hundred eighty rupees.
