Kailash Helicopter Helping In Search Operation with Khumbu Pasang Lhamu Municipality

Kailash Helicopter Services (KHS), a private helicopter operator had initiated a search operation to retrieve the bodies of the drowned children at Gokyo Lake, 4900 meters in collaboration with Khumbu Pasang Lhamu Rural Municipality.

According to the airline official’s, the search equipment which was sent to KHS by the Senior Captain Maurizio Folini from Switzerland who has been associated with Kailash Helicopter since its inception was handed over by the Chairman of company Captain Ashish Sherchan to Pemba Gyaltsen Sherpa a local from PLRM.

The company hopes that the small support would be beneficial to the community, our thoughts and prayers to the family of Pemba Nuru, Pemba Dorji and Sunil Barailey, added officials. This is a small initiation to the corporate social responsibility (CSR) from the company.

The company expressed its deeply saddened with this unfortunate accident and wishes the earliest recovery of the children.

Kailash Helicopter was incorporated in the year 2017. The company has obtained License from Ministry of Culture, Tourism & Civil Aviation on May 5, 2017 and had acquired No objection Certificate (NOC) from Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal on Dec 6, 2017 to import/acquire 3 units of AS350 B3 Series Helicopters. The promoter/share holder consists of the various personnel from aviation, banking, tourism sector and other prominent business man.
