Kailash Helicopter AS350 B2 ‘9N-AJJ’ starts commercial operation from today

Kailash Helicopter’s AS350 B2 with registration ‘9N-AJJ’ started its commercial operation today with a service ceiling of 20,000 feet.

The chopper on its debut flight carried out the medical evacuation of a critical patient from Hetauda to Medicity Hospital, Kathmandu under the command of Capt Ashish Sherchan.

Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal (CAAN) today issued the Air Operator Certificate (AOC) to carry out commercial Operation of the AS350 B2.

Kailash Helicopter’s first and brand new AS 350 (H125) B3E ‘9N-AML’  officially started its first commercial flight from 24th March. The first commercial flight took-off to Lukla, the gateway to Mount Everest under the command of Captain  Sherchan.

Now the company operates  two helicopters AS350 B3e (9N-AML) & AS350 B2 (9N-AJJ) and aims to contribute to the tourism industry and to provide air services in rural areas. The main motive of the company is serving for immediate treatment of the patient, corporate flights, human-cargo sliding operations, high-altitude operations, mountain flights, special adventure mission, filming, ski diving and many more.
