Two months earlier, Indian Army Chief of Staff Narwane, who is expected to visit Nepal in November, made a political comment that “Nepal, at the behest of China, has placed Lipulek land on its map.” as per a report, President Vidyadevi Bhandari would meet the Indian diplomat on Wednesday to set the date of his visit with security and diligence.
