Hong Kong has banned flights of Nepal Airlines Corporation

Hong Kong Airport has banned flights of Nepal Airlines Corporation. Passengers who flew from Kathmandu after showing a negative report of Corona were found to be positive in the test and were banned for 14 days.

This is not the first time Hong Kong Airport has banned flights of Nepal Airlines due to Corona test reports. Such incidents have happened many times before. “It happened on a flight last Tuesday,” said a senior official at the Corporation.

The Corporation, which has scheduled regular flights, now has to return the sold tickets. After the flight ban, passengers can get a ticket refund if they want, the Corporation said.

Due to restrictions imposed by the Hong Kong airport, NAC has to cancel flights scheduled for next Tuesday (November 30) and December 7. The Kathmandu-Hong Kong-Kathmandu flight will now take place after December 8, officials of the Corporation said.

Due to the strict standards issued by the Hong Kong government in complying with health safety, the Corporation and the airlines of different countries have been temporarily banned from flying. The Corporation has been providing Airbus 330 (Widebody) series aircraft to this destination.
