The government has planned to resume flights to nations having a significant Nepali resident. The CCMC agreed to restart flights to/from Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Japan and Malaysia on Wednesday night during a meeting convened by Prime Minister and Committee Chairman KP Sharma Oli at the Prime Minister’s residence Baluwatar. Earlier few flights have been resumed from Turkey, Qatar, and India.
These nations are limited to 2,000 travelers per week.
Additionally, the meeting agreed to help employees who have traveled abroad for the job but are unable to remain in the quarantine at the hotel for various reasons.
The government will cover the expense of quarantine for ten days, for a total of fifteen days.
