Flight Journey of US-Bangla Airlines to Nepal begins
May 18, 2016 – A private airliner of Bangladesh, US-Bangla Air has started its commercial flight to Nepal.
The airliner started its first flight to Nepal from Dhaka, Bangladesh this Sunday and officially started its commercial flight to Nepal. The Dash 8-Q400 aircraft manufactured by Bombardier carrying 78 passengers to Kathmandu straight from Dhaka marked this first flight this Sunday.
The airlines will fly three days in a week i.e. Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday for Kathmandu. The flight taken off from Dhaka is scheduled will arrive Kathmandu at 4:30 PM and fly back to Dhaka at 5:10 PM.
This airlines operating in joint venture of America and Bangladesh started its operation since 2013 and started its commercial flying operation from July 17, 2014. The airliner has a fleet of 3 aircraft of Dash 8-Q400 series aircraft. And it plans to add 2 Boeing 737-800 aircraft from the American company in the nearest future.
