Domestic Air Traffic escalates due to ongoing Construction of Narayangadh-Muglin road

 

Air Traffic towards the domestic routes is spotted to trudged up due to the construction of Narayangadh-Muglin road. Recently the domestic airline operators in Nepal have been increasing the number of scheduled flights from Kathmandu to Bharatpur, Simara and Bhairahawa following the rise of passengers on those routes as the result of Narayangadh-Muglin road getting often clogged due to monsoon rain and continuation of the renovation works on the way.

Passengers noted that they are compelled to use airway to reach on their destination safely just due gambol through the high road traffic and also due to the nastiest condition of road.

Previous report shows that Buddha Air was conduction three schedule flights on Kathmandu-Bharatpur route which now has drastically risen to nine flights a day. Likewise, Yeti which was operating six flights daily to the same route has planned to increase the flights.

Meanwhile, Buddha Airlines is on Practice of Launching one daily inter-domestic flight on the Pokhara-Bharatpur-Pokhara from 15th September this year. Currently, many travelers, including hundreds of foreign tourists, get stuck in traffic congestion along Muglin-Narayangadh road for hours while travelling between two major tourist hubs of the country.
