China Southern Airlines has confirmed its Guangzhou-Kathmandu-Guangzhou route will be resumed as the Government of Nepal agreed to open the regular flights from September 1 onward.
The airline’s office at Kathmandu announced that the flight will commence from September 05, 2020. Moreover, the office confirmed that transit service and transit flights would not be in operation until further notice.
The International flight schedule for September 2020 has been issued by the Government of Nepal.
Owing to the COVID-19 outbreak, the regular international flights were canceled as of 24 March 2020. During the pandemic, several chartered passengers and freight flights were performed.
