Buddha Air has reduced the ‘dollar fare’ for foreign tourists

Buddha Air has reduced the ‘dollar fare’ for foreign tourists.

The company said it had reduced fares by about half a percent on its 24th anniversary. The new fare will be effective from January 2022.

There is a provision that foreign passengers other than Indians have to pay the fare in dollars while traveling in Nepal.

Earlier, the fare for Pokhara was USD 106, but it has been reduced to USD 65 since January 2022.

According to Rupesh Joshi, Sales and Marketing Director of Buddha Air, the reduced airfare will attract more tourists, which has slowed down after the pandemic.

Recently, the dollar fair is also being booked online, said Joshi.

Kathmandu-Janakpur- 42
