Beginning of Paragliding Pre-World Cup In Pokhara.
From yesterday, paragliding pre-world cup and Open Nepal Paragliding Competition have been started in Pokhara. This competition will keep on going for coming 6 days. In the first day of competition, participant pilots were taught about the sky of pokhara and tasks. According to the Nepal Airsport Association (NAA), scores of participant pilots of today’s practice flight won’t be counted. Paragliding Pre-world cup has been started with the motto of familiarizing participants for upcoming Paragliding World Cup which is going to be held in Nepal. 150 paragliding pilots from 26 Nations have been selected from more than 200 pilots of 150 nations. From the Barahi Chowk, situated at lakeside, march-pass was carried out by domestic and foreign paragliding pilots.
