A passenger named Akash Jain just made headlines around the globe after he opened the plane emergency door and got off jumping onto the aircraft’s wings of Chandigarh-Mumbai Jet Airways flight 9W 469 while it had landed at the parking bay of Mumbai airport.
The alleged man states that he was influenced by his Idol Akshay Kumar – a leading Bollywood actor, and dismissed claims that he made the dangerous leap because he was impatient. He said, “I always wanted to perform a stunt like Akshay Kumar because I am his fan, and hence I jumped off the aircraft.”
The report states “Officers at sight have arrested the 30-year man for compromising the life of other passengers and security of the aircraft.”
