About Altitude Air
Altitude Air is a helicopter operator founded in 2016 to introduce the European-made AS 350 B3e helicopter to the Nepalese aviation sector. This strategy is very effective for a nation like Nepal since most current heli-companies operate flights using the same class of helicopters.
The AS350 B3e (H125) is equipped with a Turbomeca Arriel 2D turboshaft engine, which is possibly the best for flying at altitudes of up to 23,000 feet. The helicopter has also shown its capabilities in Nepal, particularly in mountainous areas. It seats six passengers and the pilot and excels in aerial tourism, mountain flights, rescue evacuations, commercial charters, and other unique adventure missions.
