All three NASA’s Space Cargo Mission Failed: Space X Falcon 9 exploded

NASA is yet again disappointed by the loss of the latest Space X Falcon 9 rocket which was bound forth International Space Station. Elon Musk’s Space X was outsourced by NASA to resupply cargo mission. The unmanned rocket shattered into pieces after 2 minutes and 19 seconds. The flight was launched on this Sunday morning. The rocket was carrying food and many other hardware supplies needed for the space station.

The cause of the accident is still unclear at present but Elon Musk tweeted, “There was an overpressure event in the upper stage liquid oxygen tank. Data suggests counter-intuitive cause.”

This recent failure follows the two earlier misfortunes. Last year, an Orbital –ATK Antares rocket blew up on the launch pad and April of this year, Russian Progress 59 lost its control and they were forced to abandon the flight.
