While attempting to take off for Chicago, Aer Lingus flight #EI123 experienced engine failures. The Aer Lingus A330 had an engine failure on takeoff.
When the crew shifted to full power for departure, the aircraft (registration EI-FNG) lined up to runway 28L in Dublin. However, a loud band and a lack of thrust prompted pilots to abort the takeoff.
