A Passenger OnBoard The Flight AI 887 Of Air India, Dies
Air India flight AI-887 to Mumbai from the capital New Delhi had to push back from the runway when a passenger on board was suddenly reported ill on Saturday morning. Unfortunately, he died on his way to hospital.
A co-passenger was quick to report the illness of the passenger to the crew members. Therefore, the captain decided to abort the take off. The passenger, who was handed over to the doctors in airport for emergency medical attention, was recommended to a hospital for further test but later died en-route. The details for passenger’s illness were not known immediately. The flight, however, took off later around 11:40 am in the morning, which was initially scheduled for departure at 10am.
