Simrik Air added AS 350 B2 helicopter in its fleets.
25 June, 2016 – Simrik Air: One of the most prolific and leading helicopter company in Nepal, established in 2001 has expanded its fleet number by three with the addition first Airbus Helicopter AS 350 B2 today.
Today at around 7 AM, Simrik Air team received their first B2 at TIA, which was airlifted by Antonov cargo plane from USA. According to the Simrik Air, the documentation exercise for de-registration and new registration has already begin at the Civil Aviation Authority Nepal (CAAN).
On the other hand, assemble of B2 by the engineering team would begin shortly and soon it will commence its commercial flights. Currently, Simrik Air is operating two similar fleets AS 350 B3e (9N-AJZ and 9N-ALP), and next US Manufactured Bell 407 GXP is in the pipeline.
