Turkish Airlines Flight cancelled after a bomb threat.
May 24, 2016 – A threat from an unexpected source caused one of the domestic flight of Turkish to be cancelled yesterday.
The threat came written on a piece of paper inside restroom of the flight which the crew found that was claiming a bomb present aboard the aircraft. The flight was getting ready for takeoff from Ataturk Airport, Istanbul and was due to land Turkey’s Anatolian province of Kayseri.
It has been reported that the security forces immediately searched on the aircraft promptly evacuating all the passengers. But they came up with no presence of bomb or any suspicious objects inside the aircraft.
However, the cities of Turkey including Istanbul have faced major series of bomb attacks in recent months and they are yet bracing themselves for more to come.
