A EasyJet flight, scheduled to depart at 2:10 PM, eventually took off around 4 PM after a delay. There was an issue behind the delay as a woman passenger allegedly punched an EasyJet pilot in the face at Manchester airport Yesterday.

After the woman got arrested for the suspicion of assault they also found out that she was a wanted criminal for drugs offence and now she is being questioned in the police custody.

The airline also has confirmed that the police force was utilized to attend the flight before its departure “to assist with a disruptive passenger.” The criminal passenger have been arrested and airline also put light on that matter that passengers’ and crew’s safety and wellbeing are their utmost concern.

The passenger, after becoming impatient waiting too long for a sandwich misbehaved the flight attendant and the plane made a forced landing to escort the passenger out of the flight.
