On 24 March -Germanwings Flight 9525 crash that killed all 150 people and crew onboard after hit a mountainside.

Now the French investigation team believes Co-Pilot Lubitz has intentionally brought down aircraft down.  The Lubitz was the victim of intense depression and doctor has urged him to visit psychiatric hospital.

Though he had consulted various doctors in the months before the crash, however none of them alarmed his employer, as per the investigators.
