India is showing interest to Develop Nijgadh International Airport Project
According to India’s Foreign Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj, “India is willing to work and assist in Nepal’s big scale construction project of Nijgadh International Airport.
They set out their idea to form a new management body under the authority of both governments to efficiently carry financial activities. Such interest in developing these project has arrived when our administration is planning to award work to the same firm.
Members of the Investment Board of Nepal has in fact already contracted International Finance Corporation to run a full report on investment return and feasibility test on these project. Now, Indian Authorities are also being invited to discuss the terms when the investment board members are still unclear about their agenda.
