Passengers had to bear the brunt of the internal conflict between the Civil Aviation Authority and Nepal Airlines last Sunday. Passengers who arrived at the airport to fly from Kathmandu to Delhi at 1:45 p.m. could not fly even after taking their boarding passes. The irresponsibility of these two bodies under the Ministry of Tourism was exposed after they were reprimanded for not obtaining permission to fly.
