Nepal Airlines to fly Beijing to carry Vero Cell vaccines

Nepal Airlines’ Widebody A330 aircraft will fly to Beijing, China, on Thursday to bring the Vero Cell vaccine. Nepal Airlines A330 aircraft is schedule with preparations to carry 4 million doses of vaccine.

The aircraft will fly to Beijing on July 8 and return with one million doses of vaccine on July 9; the next schedule is on July 15 and July 22. As per the officials, all preparations have been made for the flight after the Ministry of Health fixed the time to bring the vaccine.

Widebody aircraft can deliver 1 million doses of Verosel vaccine at a time.

According to the government’s non-disclosure agreement with China’s Sinopharm Company, the vaccine is being brought to Nepal.
