British Airways is resuming its flight to Sydney via Singapore in 2021. British Airways has confirmed that from March 28, 2021, it will operate the long-haul route on the new B787-9 aircraft.
Following the COVID outbreak last April 2020, Airways suspended its flight to Sydney. The British flag carrier is now announcing a March 2021 restart of its London-Singapore-Sydney service from March 2021, but that seems subject to adjustment, of course.
Changes of Aircraft from 777-300ERs to Boeing 787-9
British Airways confirmed the flight time of 22 hours and 50 minutes from London to Sydney for its new 787-9 aircraft. British Airways intends to substitute its Boeing 777-300ERs for Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner via Singapore on the long-haul route to Sydney.
