Nepal Airlines wide body flying to Fukuoka for the first time in history
A chartered aircraft of Nepal Airlines is departing to Fukuoka, Japan with two Japanese citizens along with 264 Nepalese who have been stranded in Nepal due to the lockdown since a couple of months. This is the first time the national flag or any other national carrier is flying to this destination in Japan.
Margik Travels and Tours and Recent and Rhythm Travels and Tours have arranged chartered flights for those stranded in Nepal after the lockdown.
As per the source Nepal Airlines Airbus A330 ‘9N-ALZ’ with 266 passengers including two Japanese will take off for Fukuoka, Japan for the first time in history at 11:00 PM on Tuesday. Capt. James Edward Keep is commanding pilot for the flight ‘RA-4351’ to Japan.
The plane will land at Fukuoka Airport, Japan at 8:00 AM on Wednesday. As per the source, the passengers have been charged USD 1,100 one way for economy class.
