Domestic carrier Shree Airlines is going to start flying to Janakpur Airport from tomorrow. The airline has completed all the paper and process to commence the flight tomorrow. The airline had previously conducted test flights to Simara and Janakpur airport with its newly introduced Q400, Dash 8 aircraft before a month and half ago.
The carrier will be operating one daily flight with its Dash 8 aircraft for this sector. The airfare for this route will range NRs. 3400 lowest to NRs. 4300 highest. Janakpur is the 8th destination for the carrier. Its has been conducting flights to Bhairawa, Nepalgunj, Dhangadhi, Bhadrapur, Biratnagar and Rajbiraj from Kathmandu presently with its fleet of four CRJ series and two Q400 turboprop aircraft.
The carrier is preparing to extend its services to Pokhara and Simara soon as per the officials. The carrier is long known in the rotary service in the country and started providing flight services through fixed wing aircraft only 3 years ago.
