Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) has been declared NOTAM analyzing PM K.P Oli return flight after accomplishing the China visit today.
According to the official from TIA, the airport has stated Notice to Airmen (NOTAM) for 30 minutes starting from NST 10:15 AM to 10:45 AM due to the VVIP flight.
The only international airport will be closed down completely for the security reason during the arrival of Prime Minster flight which will halt all national and international flights to and from Tribhuvan International airport today.
Upon landing the flight carrying the Prime Minister of Nepal from China, the airport will be opened for normal schedule flight operations.
A charter flight of Himalaya Airlines carrying the Nepali delegation team took off at 9:09 am on June 19, 2018 for Bejing and landed at around 2:30 PM.
